Article 1: Related Definitions

Gift cards: The gift cards mentioned in this agreement refer to e-commerce cards, shopping mall supermarket cards, game recharge cards, phone recharge cards, travel prepaid cards, petroleum prepaid recharge cards and other business operators that have a certain face value and can be used to purchase goods. or service card；

Gift card transfer: The gift card transfer referred to in this agreement refers to the gift card transfer service provided by this platform. Users can transfer the gift cards they hold to this platform or this platform's partner merchants, and the amount earned from the transfer will be directly transferred to the user's account balance on AWS Card Collection Network. The specific types of gift cards supported are subject to the page prompts when users use this service.

Article 2: Fees

Users need to pay a certain handling fee to use this service, which is included in the recycling price of the gift card.；

If the user chooses expedited service, he or she will need to pay an expedited fee. The specific fee will be determined by the daily prompts on the card collection website when submitting gift cards. The expedited service fee will be directly deducted from the amount received.

Article 3: Rights and Obligations

Users who use this service must comply with the AWS card collection network user real-name system (verify their mobile phone number, and upload a selfie of the front and back of the ID card and the front of the ID card in hand)；

Users need to follow the page prompts to select the correct gift card face value. If there is an incorrect denomination, the balance will not be refunded and you will be responsible for the loss!

If the gift card cannot be transferred due to incorrect card number or password or has been used before transfer, the user needs to solve the problem by himself or contact the card-issuing business operator, and this platform will not be involved in the process;

This platform shall provide gift card transfer services to users in accordance with the provisions of this agreement and page prompts, and ensure that the funds successfully transferred by users are transferred to their AWS card collection network accounts in a timely manner.；

In view of the particularity of the Internet and online transactions, this platform cannot identify and judge the source, ownership, authenticity, and other rights, natural attributes, and other conditions of virtual transactions or gift cards that are being traded or have been traded. Therefore, users should carefully identify and carefully consider and evaluate various risks that may arise from transactions before trading. Based on this, the user promises that the gift card trading activities performed by the user on this platform are legal, and the gift cards provided by the user are from legal and legitimate sources.；

If it is confirmed that the user has committed illegal acts through effective national legal documents or administrative penalty decisions, or if the platform has sufficient factual basis to determine that the user has committed illegal acts or violated the service agreement, the platform has the right to choose one or more of the following measures to deal with it.：

Suspension or termination of user’s online transaction permissions；

Log out or delete user account；

Publish users’ illegal behavior on this platform announcement；

Keep corresponding transaction records and submit them to the public security organs for processing.
